一、Hardware engineer

1、Responsible for the r&d of baseband hardware for intelligent terminal products, including schematic design and PCB layout；

2、Responsible for problem debugging and positioning, hardware related performance evaluation and optimization；

3、Coordinate the interface technology and relationship with other departments or partners, complete the preparation of baseband technical documents

4、Participate in the review of key nodes of baseband technology, be responsible for guiding the solution of specific problems in the project, and provide modification plan

5、Work closely with other department engineers to ensure that the overall baseband circuit design indicators are implemented on schedule and meet reliability consistency requirements.

qualifications：

      1、Basic education: we do not focus on academic qualifications strictly (we hope you have at least a college degree or above), but you need to have sufficient learning and practical skills, as well as the ability to continuously improve your technical and structural thinking in the process of working.

     2、Work experience：

①Minimum 2 years working experience in mobile phone industry or 3 years working experience in electronics industry。

②Experience in hardware development, debugging and mass production of MTK mobile phone solutions；

③Familiar with the overall development process of the project, able to complete the circuit schematic design of baseband part independently，layout review；

④Ability to analyze and solve problems in hardware design independently;

⑤Be familiar with emc design and ESD protection design of the whole module；

⑥Proficient in using EDA development tools such as PADS；

⑦Able to read English materials, learning ability, ideas, innovation。

二、Test engineer

Job responsibilities：

1、Engaged in frequency conversion products, color screen products debugging, testing；

2、Finish the new product test work arranged by the test engineer, including function, reliability, compatibility test, environment test, safety test, etc

3、Assist RD engineer to debug new products and conduct performance test；

4、Finish the corresponding test report

5、Provide testing assistance to related departments, and timely raise test results and questions；

6、Complete other tasks temporarily assigned by the leader

qualifications：

 1、Basic education：We do not focus strictly on academic qualifications (we hope you have at least a college degree or above in science and engineering), but you need to have sufficient learning and practical skills, and continue to improve your technical and structural thinking skills in the process of working.

2、Work experience：

（1）Familiar with the performance characteristics and testing methods of electronic components and power components；

（2）Proficiency in various testing instruments and instruments (such as oscilloscope, programmable power supply, signal generator, power meter)

（3）The test experience of frequency converter, UPS power supply, switching power supply, inverter and other products is preferred

三、Motor control software engineer

Including but not limited to the following work

1.Research on the control algorithm of PMSM motor or PFC algorithm,

2.Responsible for the software compilation and debugging of motor drive products, and complete relevant design and analysis documents.

3.Compile software testing program, finish software testing,

4.Solve the software problems encountered in internal testing and customer testing.

5.Check other engineer's software design files and code

qualifications：

2、Work experience：

（1）Experience in the development of control software for permanent magnet synchronous motor with or without location

（2）Familiar with motor control knowledge of VF/FOC/MRAS, etc.

（3）Proficient in software simulation and analysis tools,

（4）DSP experience is preferred.

（5）Knowledge of power electronics hardware or motor design is preferred

（6）Experience in software modularization or platform development is preferred.

（7）Good problem analysis and problem solving ability,

（8）Experience in motor development for washing machine, refrigerator, air conditioner etc

四、Design quality engineer

1、Product quality planning, participation in design review, design verification, design confirmation

2、Track and verify various problems and form a closed loop

3、Develop product specifications and process quality requirements with r&d engineers and project managers

4、Lead new product reliability certification and key quality indicators validation

5、Use quality tools to control the quality of each phase of the project, review product development related technical documents

6、Confirm the influence of new process, new tooling, new fixture, new supplier on product quality in time

7、Give reasonable advice on risk assessment of new projects

qualifications：

2、Work experience：

（1）Major in electronic information

（2）At least 2 years working experience in electronics or household appliances

（3）Experience in new product introduction, familiar with quality management knowledge, application of quality tools, strong organization and coordination, communication skills, good electronic software and hardware, and structure analysis ability

（4）Experience in software and hardware design is preferred
